Most dogs benefit from a full groom every 6–8 weeks, with a bath and brush in between. Curly and long coats may need more frequent attention to stay tangle-free.
It depends on breed, coat type, lifestyle and how you'd like them to look. The size and coat guide on the home page is a good starting point, or just ask — we're happy to advise.
Yes. Puppy introductions are short, gentle sessions designed to build positive associations with grooming so future visits are easy and calm.
A full groom is typically 1.5–2.5 hours depending on size, coat and condition. Shorter services like nails or face trims take 15–30 minutes.
Light matting can often be carefully worked through. Heavily matted coats are sometimes kinder to remove for the dog's comfort, and we'll always talk it through with you first.
Yes, nail clipping is included with full grooms and available as a standalone service at any time.
All breeds and crosses are welcome, from tiny terriers to large double-coated breeds. We tailor the approach to each coat.
